  • 50 g brown sugar
  • 12 chicken wings
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp ginger
  • 30 ml gochujang
  • 2 green onions
  • 15 ml rice vinegar
  • 15 ml sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 60 ml soy sauce

Directions

Step 1
Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (390°F).
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, minced ginger, gochujang, sesame oil, and rice vinegar. Mix well to create the marinade.

Add the chicken wings to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Place the marinated chicken wings in the air fryer basket, making sure they are in a single layer.

Air fry the chicken wings for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are crispy and cooked through.

Remove the wings from the air fryer and garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
