  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 kg chicken wings
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).

Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top.

In a large bowl, combine baking powder, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels and place them in the bowl. Toss to coat the wings evenly with the seasoning mixture.

Place the wings on the wire rack in a single layer. Make sure there is space between each wing.

Drizzle the olive oil over the wings.
