Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion and green onions, and sauté until they become translucent.

Add the chopped spinach and cook until wilted.

Stir in the rice and coat it well with the olive oil and vegetables.

Add the chopped dill and parsley, then pour in the water.
