  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 cup green peas
  • 500 g ground beef
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 2 potatoes
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 400 g tomato sauce

Directions

Step 1
Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook until the onion is translucent.

Add the ground beef and cook until it is browned.

Stir in the diced potatoes and carrots. Cook for about 5 minutes.
