  • 50 g all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 500 g chicken breast
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 100 g panko breadcrumbs
  • 50 g parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.

Place the flour in a shallow dish, the beaten eggs in another, and the panko mixture in a third dish.
