  • 100 grams breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 500 grams ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 50 grams parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
