  • 1 egg
  • 240 ml heavy cream
  • 60 g powdered sugar
  • 2 puff pastry sheets
  • 30 g sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

Cut the puff pastry sheets into strips approximately 2 cm wide.
Step 3
Wrap each strip around a cream horn mold, overlapping slightly.
Step 4
Brush the pastry with beaten egg and sprinkle with sugar.
Step 5
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool completely.
Step 6
In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
Step 7
Fill a piping bag with the whipped cream mixture.
Step 8
Once the pastry horns are cooled, carefully remove them from the molds and fill each horn with the whipped cream.
