  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 450 grams chicken breast
  • 4 hoagie rolls
  • 150 grams mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 4 slices provolone cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

Step 1
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the thinly sliced chicken breast to the skillet and cook until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
