- 200 g brown sugar
- 10 cloves
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 kg ham
- 120 ml honey
- 240 ml pineapple juice
Directions
Step 1
Place the ham in the Instant Pot.

Pour the pineapple juice over the ham.
Step 3
Sprinkle half of the brown sugar over the ham.

Drizzle the honey over the ham.

Spread the Dijon mustard over the ham surface.
