  • 2 onion
  • 500 grams pork liver
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

Step 1
Clean the pork liver and cut it into small pieces.

Peel and finely chop the onions.

In a large pan, melt the butter over medium heat.

Add the chopped onions and cook until they are soft and translucent.

Add the pork liver pieces to the pan and cook until they are browned on all sides.
