Step 1
In a bowl, combine minced garlic, orange juice, lime juice, dried oregano, ground cumin, salt, black pepper, and olive oil. Mix well to form the marinade.

Place the pork shoulder in a slow cooker. Pour the marinade over the pork, ensuring it is well coated.

Add the thinly sliced onion on top of the pork.

Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours, until the pork is tender and easily shredded with a fork.

Once cooked, remove the pork from the slow cooker and shred it using two forks. Return the shredded pork to the slow cooker and mix it with the juices.
