  • 450 g bread
  • 30 g butter
  • 5 g cinnamon
  • 6 eggs
  • 480 ml milk
  • 1 g nutmeg
  • 425 g pumpkin puree
  • 1 g salt
  • 100 g sugar
  • 10 ml vanilla extract

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.

In a large bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.

Add the cubed bread to the mixture and gently stir to coat all pieces. Let it sit for about 10 minutes to allow the bread to absorb the liquid.
