  • 30 grams all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 50 grams butter
  • 500 grams corn kernels
  • 200 ml milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 15 grams sugar

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.

Add the flour to the melted butter and stir continuously to form a roux. Cook for about 2 minutes.

Gradually add the milk to the roux, whisking continuously to avoid lumps. Cook until the mixture thickens.

Add the corn kernels, sugar, salt, and black pepper to the thickened mixture. Stir well to combine.
