  • 2 carrots
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 450 g ground beef
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tbsp parsley
  • 0.5 tsp pepper
  • 3 potatoes
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your campfire or grill to medium-high heat.

In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, potatoes, carrots, onion, olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

Divide the mixture evenly among four large pieces of aluminum foil.
Step 4
Fold the foil over the mixture and seal the edges tightly to create a packet.
Step 5
Place the foil packs on the campfire or grill and cook for 25-30 minutes, turning occasionally, until the beef is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
Step 6
Carefully open the foil packs and sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
