  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 200 g sugar
  • 30 g unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 80 ml vegetable oil
  • 240 ml water
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.

Add the water, vegetable oil, vinegar, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
