  • 2 grams baking powder
  • 5 grams baking soda
  • 150 grams brown sugar
  • 115 grams butter
  • 1 egg
  • 190 grams flour
  • 100 grams granulated sugar
  • 190 grams peanut butter
  • 1 gram salt
  • 5 ml vanilla extract

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, cream together the butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.

Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.

Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions of dough and roll them into balls. Place them on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 5 cm apart.
