  • 1 bell pepper
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 200 g cheddar cheese
  • 450 g chicken breast
  • 240 ml chicken broth
  • 300 g cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 240 ml sour cream
  • 450 g spaghetti

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
Step 2
Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.
Step 3
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, chicken broth, chopped bell pepper, chopped onion, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
Step 4
Add the cooked spaghetti to the mixture and mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
Step 5
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
Step 6
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top of the casserole.
Step 7
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
