  • 900 grams fresh strawberries
  • 60 ml lemon juice
  • 50 grams pectin
  • 600 grams sugar

Directions

Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, combine the crushed strawberries and sugar. Stir well to combine and let sit for 10 minutes.

In a small saucepan, combine the pectin and lemon juice. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until the pectin is completely dissolved.

Pour the pectin mixture into the strawberry mixture. Stir for 3 minutes until well combined.
Step 4
Ladle the jam into clean jars or containers, leaving some space at the top for expansion during freezing.

Let the jam sit at room temperature for 24 hours to set.
