  • 240 ml applesauce
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 50 g brown sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 tsp ground cloves
  • 4 pork chops
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 15 ml vegetable oil

Directions

Step 1
Season the pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides.
Step 2
Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Brown the pork chops on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Step 4
In a small bowl, mix together the applesauce, brown sugar, cinnamon, and cloves.
