Ingredients

  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 50 g breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 500 g ground beef
  • 250 g ground pork
  • 60 ml milk
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

Step 1
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, finely chopped onion, and minced garlic.
Step 2
Add the egg, breadcrumbs, milk, mustard, salt, and black pepper to the meat mixture. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined.
Step 3
Shape the mixture into 8 equal-sized patties.
Step 4
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Step 5
Fry the patties in the hot oil for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked through and nicely browned.
Step 6
Remove the patties from the skillet and let them drain on paper towels.
Step 7
Serve the Frikadellen hot with your choice of sides.
