Ingredients

  • 2 baby bok choy
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 2 carrot
  • 2 celery stalk
  • 500 g chicken breast
  • 1.5 L chicken broth
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp ginger
  • 3 green onions
  • 200 g mushrooms
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce

Directions

Step 1
In a large pot, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
Step 2
Add ginger and garlic, sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Step 3
Add chicken breast cubes and cook until they are no longer pink.
Step 4
Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
Step 5
Add carrots, celery, and mushrooms. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Step 6
Stir in bok choy and soy sauce, cooking for another 5 minutes.
Step 7
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 8
Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
