Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

In a large bowl, mix the apple slices with 100g of granulated sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon juice. Set aside.

In another bowl, combine the flour, 100g of granulated sugar, and brown sugar.

Add the cold, diced butter to the flour mixture and use a pastry cutter or your fingers to mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Stir in the rolled oats into the streusel mixture.

Place the apple mixture into a pie dish and evenly spread the streusel topping over the apples.
