  • 225 grams cream cheese
  • 400 grams diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 2 green onions
  • 450 grams ground beef
  • 200 grams shredded cheddar cheese
  • 120 grams sour cream
  • 200 grams tortilla chips

Directions

Step 1
Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until fully browned. Drain any excess fat.

Add the chili seasoning mix to the cooked beef and stir to combine.

Reduce the heat to low and add the cream cheese. Stir until the cream cheese is melted and well combined with the beef mixture.

Stir in the diced tomatoes with green chilies and allow the mixture to heat through.
