Ingredients

  • 800 g crushed tomatoes
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 200 g mussels
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 1 tsp red chili flakes
  • salt
  • 200 g shrimp
  • 400 g spaghetti
  • 200 g squid
  • 125 ml white wine

Directions

Step 1
Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Step 2
Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Step 3
Add the crushed tomatoes, white wine, and red chili flakes to the pan. Stir well and let simmer for 10 minutes.
Step 4
Add the shrimp, mussels, and squid to the pan. Cook until the seafood is cooked through and the mussels have opened, about 5-7 minutes.
Step 5
Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Stir in the chopped parsley.
Step 6
Toss the cooked spaghetti with the seafood marinara sauce until well coated.
Step 7
Serve immediately, garnished with extra parsley if desired.
