  • 15 ml Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 15 ml honey
  • 120 ml olive oil
  • 60 ml red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

Step 1
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, and honey until well combined.

Add in the minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Whisk again until the dressing is smooth.
