  • 8 slices bacon
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • 4 green onions
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 6 potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup sour cream

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

Scrub potatoes clean and prick several times with a fork. Bake in preheated oven until potatoes are tender, about 1 hour. Allow to cool, then peel and cut into chunks.

Meanwhile, place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium-high heat until evenly brown. Drain, crumble, and set aside.

In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, bacon, Cheddar cheese, and green onions.
