Ingredients

  • 2 grams black pepper
  • 120 grams butter
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 30 ml lemon juice
  • 4 lobster tails
  • 5 grams paprika
  • 15 grams parsley
  • 5 grams salt

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).
Step 2
Using kitchen shears, cut the top shell of the lobster tails down the center, being careful not to cut the meat. Gently pull the shell apart to expose the meat.
Step 3
In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, lemon juice, minced garlic, paprika, parsley, salt, and black pepper.
Step 4
Brush the lobster meat with the butter mixture, making sure to coat it well.
Step 5
Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and cooked through.
Step 6
Remove from the oven and serve immediately with additional melted butter and lemon wedges, if desired.
