Step 1
In a large bowl, whisk together the instant pudding mix and cold milk until well combined and smooth.

Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a small gap at the top to allow for expansion when freezing.
Step 3
Insert popsicle sticks into each mold.
Step 4
Freeze for at least 4 hours or until completely frozen.
Step 5
To release the pudding pops, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds and gently pull out the pops.
