  • 1 bell pepper
  • 120 g cheddar cheese
  • 6 eggs
  • 60 ml milk
  • 15 ml olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 0.5 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 60 g spinach

Directions

Step 1
Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
Step 2
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
Step 3
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the onion and bell pepper and sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the spinach to the pan and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes.

Transfer the cooked vegetables to the bowl with the eggs. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese.

Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish that fits into your air fryer basket.
