Directions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).

Cook the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add the heavy cream to the saucepan and bring to a simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and cook until the sauce thickens, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat.

In a medium bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, egg, cooked spinach, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Spread a thin layer of the Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.

Place 3 lasagna noodles over the sauce. Spread 1/3 of the ricotta mixture over the noodles, followed by 1/3 of the shredded chicken. Sprinkle with 1/3 of the shredded mozzarella cheese, and then pour 1/3 of the Alfredo sauce on top.

Repeat the layers two more times, ending with a layer of Alfredo sauce and mozzarella cheese on top.

Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
