  • 120 g all-purpose flour
  • 200 g granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice for glaze
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest
  • 120 g powdered sugar
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 113.5 g unsalted butter

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8x8 inch baking dish and set it aside.

In a large bowl, mix together the melted butter, granulated sugar, eggs, lemon zest, and lemon juice until well combined.

Add the flour and salt to the wet ingredients and stir until just combined.

Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are golden and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Allow the brownies to cool completely in the baking dish.
