  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 450 g sugar snap peas

Directions

Step 1
Wash and trim the sugar snap peas.
Step 2
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Step 3
Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Step 4
Add sugar snap peas to the skillet, season with salt and black pepper, and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until peas are tender-crisp.
