Ingredients

  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 2000 ml chicken broth
  • 200 g egg noodles
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tbsp parsley
  • 1 rotisserie chicken
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

Step 1
Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Step 2
Add the diced onion, carrots, and celery. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
Step 3
Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
Step 4
Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
Step 5
Add the shredded rotisserie chicken, salt, and black pepper.
Step 6
Add the egg noodles and cook according to package instructions, usually about 7-10 minutes.
Step 7
Stir in the chopped parsley before serving.
