  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 115 g butter
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 450 g crawfish tails
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 4 green onions
  • 475 ml heavy cream
  • 450 g linguine
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 60 g Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

Step 1
Cook the linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Step 2
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and green onions, sautéing until fragrant, about 2 minutes.

Add the butter to the skillet. Once melted, stir in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
Step 4
Stir in the Parmesan cheese, Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Simmer the sauce until it thickens slightly, about 5 minutes.
Step 5
Add the crawfish tails to the sauce and cook until heated through, about 3-4 minutes.
Step 6
Combine the cooked linguine with the crawfish sauce, tossing to coat the pasta evenly.
Step 7
Serve the pasta hot, garnished with additional green onions if desired.
