Ingredients

  • 240 ml beef broth
  • 500 g beef sirloin
  • 2 bell pepper
  • 4 cups cooked rice
  • 15 g cornstarch
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 onion
  • 60 ml soy sauce
  • 30 ml vegetable oil

Directions

Step 1
In a bowl, mix the beef strips with cornstarch until evenly coated.
Step 2
Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add the beef strips and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
Step 3
In the same pan, add the garlic, bell peppers, and onion. Sauté until vegetables are tender.
Step 4
Return the beef to the pan. Add soy sauce and beef broth. Stir well to combine.
Step 5
Simmer the mixture until the sauce thickens and the beef is cooked through.

Serve the pepper steak over cooked rice.
