Step 1
Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper on both sides.

Dredge each fillet in flour, shaking off any excess.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the salmon fillets and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the salmon from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add butter and garlic. Cook for about 1 minute until the garlic is fragrant.

Add chicken broth, lemon juice, and capers to the skillet. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
