  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup clam juice
  • 1000 grams clams
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 0.5 cup olive oil
  • 0.5 cup parsley
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup white wine

Directions

Step 1
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.

Add the clams to the skillet and pour in the white wine.

Cover the skillet and cook until the clams open, about 6-8 minutes. Discard any clams that do not open.
