  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 catfish fillets
  • 0.5 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

Step 1
In a small bowl, combine paprika, salt, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, dried oregano, dried thyme, and cayenne pepper.
