  • 240 g chopped pecans
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 360 ml evaporated milk
  • 200 g shredded coconut
  • 300 g sugar
  • 5 ml vanilla extract

Directions

Step 1
In a saucepan, combine the evaporated milk, sugar, egg yolks, butter, and vanilla extract.
