Directions

Step 1
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper.

In a large skillet, cook the egg mixture over medium heat, stirring frequently, until fully cooked.

Warm the flour tortillas in the microwave for about 30 seconds to make them pliable.
