Ingredients

  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 240 ml milk
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 4 pork chops
  • 4 potatoes
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Step 2
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and brown the pork chops on both sides. Remove and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the chopped onion and cook until translucent.
Step 4
In a bowl, mix the cream of mushroom soup and milk until smooth.

Layer the sliced potatoes in a greased baking dish. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and paprika.

Place the browned pork chops on top of the potatoes.

Pour the soup mixture over the pork chops and potatoes.
