  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 slices bread
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 celery
  • 100 grams cheddar cheese
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 0.5 red onion
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 200 grams tuna

Directions

Step 1
In a bowl, combine the drained tuna, mayonnaise, finely chopped celery, and finely chopped red onion.
Step 2
Season the tuna mixture with salt and black pepper. Mix well.
Step 3
Spread the softened butter on one side of each slice of bread.
Step 4
On the unbuttered side, place a generous amount of the tuna mixture.
Step 5
Sprinkle the grated cheddar cheese over the tuna mixture.
Step 6
Top with another slice of bread, buttered side facing out.
Step 7
Preheat a panini press or a skillet over medium heat.
Step 8
Grill the sandwich for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Step 9
Remove from the panini press or skillet, let it cool slightly, and serve warm.
