  • 500 ml Alfredo sauce
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 450 grams chicken breast
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 200 grams mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 50 grams parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 450 grams tortellini

Directions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook the cheese tortellini according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken breast and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked tortellini, chicken, garlic, Alfredo sauce, 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
