Ingredients

  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 green onions
  • 1 head lettuce
  • 10 perilla leaves
  • 500 g pork belly
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

Directions

Step 1
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, chopped green onions, black pepper, and salt.

Add the pork belly slices to the mixture and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Step 3
Preheat a grill or a grill pan over medium-high heat.
Step 4
Grill the pork belly slices for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and nicely charred.
Step 5
Serve the grilled pork belly with lettuce and perilla leaves. Wrap a piece of pork in a leaf with some garlic and green onion for a delicious bite.
