  • 120 g all-purpose flour
  • 5 g baking powder
  • 100 g brown sugar
  • 2 g cinnamon
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 g nutmeg
  • 200 g pumpkin puree
  • 2 g salt
  • 200 g sugar
  • 60 g unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 5 ml vanilla extract
  • 120 ml vegetable oil

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease a baking pan and set aside.
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, brown sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

In a separate bowl, mix the pumpkin puree, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Step 4
Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until well combined.
Step 5
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
Step 6
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Allow the brownies to cool in the pan before cutting into squares and serving.
