Directions
Step 1
Season the pork ribs with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
Step 2
Place the seasoned ribs in a vacuum-seal bag or a resealable plastic bag and use the water displacement method to remove the air.
Step 3
Preheat the sous vide water bath to 165°F (74°C).
Step 4
Submerge the bag with the ribs into the water bath and cook for 12 hours.
Step 5
Remove the ribs from the bag and pat them dry with paper towels.
Step 6
Preheat a grill or a broiler on high heat.
Step 7
Brush the ribs with BBQ sauce.
Step 8
Grill or broil the ribs for about 5-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the sauce is caramelized and the ribs have a nice char.
Step 9
Serve the ribs hot with additional BBQ sauce on the side if desired.
