Ingredients

  • 400 ml beef broth
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 250 g mushrooms
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 500 g pork tenderloin
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 200 ml sour cream

Directions

Step 1
Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
Step 2
Add the chopped onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
Step 3
Add the garlic and cook for another minute.
Step 4
Add the sliced mushrooms and cook until they release their juices and become tender.
Step 5
Sprinkle the flour over the vegetables and stir well to combine.

Gradually add the beef broth, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens.

Stir in the paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Add the sliced pork tenderloin strips and cook until the pork is no longer pink.
