  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 60 grams butter
  • 340 grams fettuccine
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 240 ml heavy cream
  • 120 grams parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons parsley
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 450 grams shrimp

Directions

Step 1
Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Step 2
In a large pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Step 3
Add the shrimp to the pan and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes. Remove the shrimp from the pan and set aside.

Pour the heavy cream into the pan and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth and creamy.

Season the sauce with salt and black pepper to taste.

Return the cooked shrimp to the pan and stir to coat them in the sauce.
