  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

Step 1
Chill the can of coconut cream in the refrigerator overnight.
Step 2
Scoop out the solid coconut cream into a mixing bowl, leaving any liquid in the can.
Step 3
Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the bowl.
Step 4
Using an electric mixer, whip the mixture on high speed until it becomes light and fluffy, about 3-5 minutes.
Step 5
Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
