A quick and flavorful Cajun-inspired dish made with kielbasa, chicken, and bell peppers, served with white rice.

Ingredients

  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 200 g kielbasa
  • 2 skinless chicken breasts
  • 200 g white rice
  • 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce

Directions

Step 1
Cut the kielbasa into slices and the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
Step 2
Dice the green bell pepper.
Step 3
In a large skillet, cook the kielbasa and chicken over medium heat until browned.
Step 4
Add the diced green bell pepper to the skillet and cook until softened.
Step 5
Stir in the Worcestershire sauce.
Step 6
Add the white rice and enough water to cook the rice, then bring to a boil.
Step 7
Reduce heat, cover, and simmer until the rice is cooked and the liquid is absorbed.
